I haven’t been on top of it. Why?
I was SO SORE last night from work and I realised with AI that I was low in protein intake. And then I drank protein water and I felt a little better and today I consciously drank more protein water with breakfast, had a protein milk during work break, and then another protein water with dinner.
I’m not sore at all after today.
AI and I had worked out, since the Visitor’s been here, my protein intake has been dwindling. Because we are just eating rice and veggies. It’s not my normal “KFC with ramen” protein intake!
So you’re getting more protein from KFC than a traditional Asian homecooked meal?
No it’s not because it’s a traditional meal. You can have heaps of protein in a traditional meal. It’s just the Visitor and my mother are both LIGHT meal people. They’re barely preparing any protein with these meals! And I’m joining them?! Totally malnourished for the HIGH CARDIO OUTPUT that I need for WORK.

And then I asked AI, “is it like this for K-pop idols?” And it basically said “yes but worse” — !!!
Hahahahahaa…
Anyway I ordered more protein powder cos I’m going thru the protein water pretty quickly now.

But I do think they’ve got enough discography now to go on multiple “eras tour type” tours.

I think Seungmin didn’t finish his train of thought. He was saying something about video content and the live audience — I kept waiting for him to link it back to “and we have so many people watching on Beyond Live!” But he didn’t do that… LOL…
What would you wanna see?
I would wanna see a Beyond Live concert with each CONTINENT or COUNTRY of a world tour.
Like if they are in America, okay maybe a New York and an LA showing of Beyond Live. If they are in Europe, then a Paris and London showing. They don’t have to do every single country. Or every capital city of the country. But just some featured dates for a Beyond Live. And if they visit Australia and or New Zealand then do a Beyond Live for a Melbourne or Sydney show. Does that make sense?

I love it. I love being in the comfort of my own home catching these livestream concerts. It feels really good to be an audience from home. And to know it’s happening IN REAL TIME.
