My whole day was ruined by that one horrible customer.
Was it the worst customer of all time?

But because it happened today… it still feels really shitty…

I did a favour for another coworker and took their shift!
But instead I got the COW customer. What can I do babe?! What if she writes an email to head office? Says that I am the WORST RETAIL STAFF SHE HAS EVER ENCOUNTERED?!
I doubt that is the truth…
The entitlement is so far beyond…

Oh yeah everybody’s been getting abused. The customers are grumpy and not nice.

What if I actually spoke to 300? I honestly can’t… grasp… how many customers I’ve interacted with today.
Well that’s my point even more!
If it was 300 then it’s only ONE out of 300! I would say those are incredibly lucky stats compared to other retail scenarios. You’ve actually got a good workplace environment.
