My point is that I feel so BLOATED right now from instant noodles.
It’s been WEEKS since I’ve regularly had carbs at night!
The night that I vomited after that friends dinner with the fish and chips — those chips were the most carbs I’ve had at night in a long time!
And the amount of heart burn and discomfort and subsequent vomiting?!?!?!!
Okay — sounds like — your body doesn’t want carbs at night.
Not anymore.
But my taste buds were craving it?!
What is going on with these cravings?!
Because your body still wants carbs!
But not this much!!!
I’m physically UNCOMFORTABLE right now.
