Making sure I get there on time because I had an appointment. 

Checking Google maps how far to walk from the carpark to the building…

Yes. And then when I got there I brought the wrong paperwork! 😫 I didn’t read the website correctly!

Oh no! Couldn’t they print off the right one for you?

No. I have clarified what I actually need to bring next time.

All of this would be very simple if they had a local office.

It just feels like such a big trek to get to BRISBANE CITY to do all this!

But I wasn’t the only one. There were other people in the lobby who seemed like they drove from four hours away.

You can’t do any of this online?

Mmmmmm… I think a lot of people like myself still prefer to do this sort of stuff in person.

Anyway… my follow up appointment is at the end of the month. I’ll come with the correct paperwork next time.
