I think… some people are ready to quit. About to quit. On the verge of quitting. Mentally checked out. They’re deflated. They are weary. Maybe it’s just a matter of timing until they find their next horizon. They are done. Their Spirit is no longer here…

Yeah… it’s not the whingers or the complainers… it’s the ones who go silent. They have no more feedback. I used to be like that too. I mean, I’ve been like that. Just so over it.

I think March 2026 the latest… I think they will find their next thing by March 2026.
It’s all a bit chaotic now leading up to Christmas… after the new year… very likely they’ll leave mid-January if they’re lucky with their search to bounce. So yeah… or maybe realistically February 2026. I am guessing around then.

I dunno… not good or bad… I’m neutral about these people but I am just remembering that is what I’ve sensed last night… there is a vibe of, “I’m over it I’m gonna look for something else…” they’re like a zombie. Non-aggressive type. They’re like a coworker zombie. The numb kind. They are numb. They’ve disassociated…
