Yeah so I can juggle my current job… current hours… and then on my off days do the freelancing… and when you’re here… I simply don’t pick up more freelance gigs, I just deactivate my profile or whatever, or simply don’t accept new gigs. Does that make sense?

How long do the gigs take?

Maybe one or two weeks at a time. They’re not huge projects. That’s what I don’t want if I get a full time job at a company, those are the big projects. Freelancing are smaller gigs.

Given my current schedule, I can just keep Tuesdays my “cyber” days — working on freelance gigs — and the alternating Mondays and Wednesdays that I have off, I can schedule yoga classes, doctors appointments, dog grooming, COSTCO and groceries… spending time with my family and catching up with friends?!?!?

If there’s a 25 hr contract? Sure. I’ll probably say yes to that. 38 hrs I might burn out.

25 hrs might be a better balance of having steadier work and also time off to do the freelancing. I couldn’t take on 25 hrs this year because of these studies.
