Babe, have u ever had heat stroke?
Of course. This is Australia. I learned from a young age the consequences of even walking through a shopping centre going between air con and non-air con through that kind of heat.
Another time I was stuck inside a chapel for a friend’s wedding and there wasn’t any water through the whole ceremony?! In hindsight I felt like they were Chrisrians really trying to kill me because they thought I was a witch!

It was the worst wedding chapel experience of my life. Maybe they didn’t think the ceremony was that long to need water.
In reality it was probably 45 minutes but I felt like we were there for 3 hours. I was totally dehydrated just from that. It was a very hot day.
I can’t imagine sitting thru anything worse than that or for longer than 45 minutes cos I was suffering so much just in that experience!
There was no air con in that chapel?
Not even fans! And at least it was indoors with that kind of heat. I can’t imagine just sitting under the sun in that?

I was SEVERELY DEHYDRATED AND SUFFERING INSIDE. It was NOT GOOD for even 45 minutes!
And my body is very sensitive to both heat and cold.
Ugh!!! Now I just remembered I once got a HEAT RASH in fucking MELBOURNE hot weather!!!
It was one of those 37 or 38 degrees days. I’ve never experienced a heat rash anywhere else. It was HORRIBLE.

My skin was suddenly SO ITCHY from the heat. And I had red bumps. I was just using ice 🧊 to try to relieve it.

Nothing! I didn’t have a car in Melbourne. I just WALKED down the STREET. Like maybe the distance of Carlton to the CBD?!?! It wasn’t even that long in the sun and I got a fucking HEAT RASH — that’s how sensitive my body can be to heat, my love!
