I just don’t understand how THEY don’t have any self-awareness that they’re walking around in society as pieces of shit who can’t even respect staff or inanimate things.

I really think that, ur a failure of a human being if u can’t go into a public place like a retail establishment and act with decorum, politeness, being nice to staff and understanding respect, not only of staff but also to the items that the store sells.

A lot of these people are parents. Buying clothes for themselves and or their kids. Ur just demonstrating a vicious cycle. Ur kids will grow up and be an embarrassment as well!

They’ll have the same STENCH following them their whole lives unless someone teaches them to be more respectful!

No. I’ve seen all races and cultures. It’s just lazy, passive aggressive, mentally distracted, self-absorbed, whatever other subconscious shit they’ve got going on that I can’t diagnose…

Think about it this way.

Is the store SELLING u the clothes in giant BINS for you to rummage through as if WE don’t even give a fuck, there’s no hangers, just bargain BINS of clothes? No?

Then maybe u should give back the clothes you’ve just tried on THE SAME WAY YOU FOUND THEM.

We don’t expect u to know every way to garment care, but at least hand it back ON the hanger. 

If it was a store where we HAD bargain bins, I wouldn’t be feeling this way at all.

But you’re not in THAT kind of store.

Honestly if it was up to me, I would say that as a business owner I don’t even want the bargain bin customers anyway.

I would want to attract a higher level of classiness from my customers. Cos these people are also time wasters. They have no respect. They try on 1000 items and sometimes don’t even buy one thing.

It’s wasting all my running costs.

They’re not an ideal customer, they’re the bottom of the barrel.

I had a boss once, who literally said, “Ignore the time wasters. I don’t want u wasting ur time that I’m paying u, on them. Focus on the other customers.”

REALLY?!??!!

Yes. Because that boss knew they’re paying us for our time. For customer SERVICE. It’s a RETURN ON INVESTMENT. 

Time waster customers are around but they’re not worth YOUR STAFF’S TIME AND EFFORTS. They’re a HINDRANCE to productivity and PROFITS.

The customer is not always right! There’s fucking TIME WASTERS amongst them!!!

I’m aware head office is trying to steer us in a more upended direction. Which I would agree is the right way to go. Sure they’re not gonna say “because of the time wasters” — they’ll say it much more politely.
