Because I don’t speak or read or write Korean?!?!??!?!?!?! How can I be transfered to an office where I can’t work in the language of that country?! It doesn’t make sense!!!!

A lot of expats work in international offices! U just learn a bit of BASICS of the language and u can get by!

I don’t think that’s the way the job roles would work in these environments. I just don’t think I’m qualified for a transfer. I’m useful in the AUSTRALIAN office because I’m good at ENGLISH.

It doesn’t make sense. There’s plenty of Korean people who would have just as good English as me who would be perfectly qualified to apply for a job there, they don’t need me to transfer!
