She fucking lost it when her wireless mouse went out of battery. We didn’t have Double-A batteries. We needed to go buy more. She just completely lost it and demanded to get back a traditional USB mouse and keyboard, she didn’t like the wireless, bla bla bla…
Oh. I see…
It was a whole scene.
Anyway, I ordered the USB mouse and keyboard. It’s arrived today. It looks nice. It’s very 90s looking. She’s satisfied. She’s smiling. She’s in her “technology comfort zone” — she doesn’t want any more NEW stuff. It’s overwhelming.
Oh… yeah… I suppose it could be…?
She fucking HATES wireless mouses and keyboards! You can never change her mind.

So do I?! It has never been a big drama?! Just go get more batteries. Or the apple mouse, just charge it.

It’s such a huge problem for her. The 90s looking USB mouse and keyboard is so soothing. So pacifying. Such a comfort! I’ve never seen… such a big contrast in emotions with regards to technology.
