The sleep patch 😳 it was on my leg… and now it’s disappeared! I can’t find it on the bed sheets, I can’t find it in my pyjama legs…

No. It definitely did not do that… it was losing its stickiness before I fell asleep…
I tried putting it on the inner thigh but it crinkled up as I was moving. Then I put it on top of the thigh on a flat muscle and it was losing its stickiness but I just went with it.
Somehow it’s fallen off my thigh thru my tossing and turning but I can’t actually find it…
It’s probably in your pyjama leg even tho u can’t feel it. It’ll turn up one day. Maybe when u do laundry.
That’s what I don’t want! I don’t want a piece of plastic swirling around, getting caught somewhere in the washing machine…
