It’s more of an inadvertent calorie control.
By not eating rice for dinner, it is already halving the caloric intake of normal dinner.
And I feel like it does “shrink” my stomach. I’m not starving to the point of binging the other way by the next morning’s breakfast. I’m just having a normal portion of food for breakfast. And the carbs are quite satisfying 😌
