Scripts

When have u had to learn scripts for work?

There have been… various… employers… it’s not any one company you can pin point on LinkedIn… it’s happened amongst multiple situations…

And…?

I’m fine with it… I’ve memorised like an 80 slide PowerPoint presentation? It went on for a full hour?

That’s the longest presentation?

Yeah it’s usually 20 to 40 minutes… not a full hour. The customers wouldn’t even want to sit thru a full hour?!

Only for big events… thorough explanations…

You were an actor on a stage…

With a Bachelor of Health Science so they could ask me questions afterwards…

Oh?

It was like a press conference for the products. I had to be like the Whitehouse Chief Communications Correspondent on behalf of the company while they threw any random questions at the company about those products.

Was that hard?

No, because it’s science.

If you know your stuff, it’s not hard.

Now that I think about it, I was their Google AI, their Chat GPT, their Microsoft CoPilot, for random questions about the products and how it might affect their bodies and lifestyles…

I didn’t need to be entertaining. It was about education, not entertainment.

But did u have other pressures? Like selling?

I don’t think any one would be employed by a corporation if they didn’t promise to be simultaneously good at sales during their job interview…

If they didn’t explain in some way in their cover letter that they would be helpful with corporate profits in their own way…

Lol… 😏

Is that enough? Can I go back to sleep now?

Yes my love… 🥰😘❤️
