Unique access codes?
Yeah like. There’s a way to send each app user a unique access code to upcoming stuff. Like when Taylor Swift tickets were being sold.
First you have to register. Okay. So that’s one API for the programmers of the ticketing website to link up. Each user, with their email address for login, is assigned.
Then from the user’s perspective, they’ve been emailed a unique access code for when tickets go on sale. The pre-sale, not the general sale.
So there’s a point to registering right?
Maybe y’all don’t need to send the access code in the app but if u’ve got everyone’s emails because they’ve subscribed anyway, u could potentially email them with unique access codes?
It’s like being a VIP customer, right?
If anything goes on sale — tickets or merchandise — pre-sale with unique access codes is what allows them that difference?
Then all those thousands of followers following that account, they can’t have those access codes. They have to wait for the general sale.
I don’t know how unique y’all would be making it? Whether there’s a difference just subscribing to one — like I do, for you — or subscribing to all the bros? Which is offered in some subscription packages?
But I think if it was me and like I’m simply only subscribed to you but I get emailed a unique access code for a pre-sale I would feel really happy about it.
