I still have a main one for business contacts. And there’s a lot of conversations, back and forth. This is borderline stuff we’re not talking about for 7 days. But my point is, yes, I agree. Emails get messy. It’s hard to keep it organised…
It’s literally like setting aside time to clean out your drawers or do a de-cluttering. You just have to block off time in your calendar “email decluttering” or however you wanna label it.
Get it organised with the relevant folders and labels.
I even have a “delete in 2026” folder. And from previous years, “delete in 2024, delete in 2025…” etc.

Yes my love… some things, you know you wanna delete it… next year… but not yet, this year… maybe you wanna save it in another file, or print it out and store it somewhere else physically before you delete it?! Or maybe it simply won’t matter by next year. And it’s just better to delete it. Internet hygiene. You get what I mean?
