I’m just not ready for such a drastic change like a new work bag just yet, ok? I’m already in my current routine with the current bag.
Every compartment has a place that I’m used to. I know where I put my wallet, my keys, my snacks, my water bottle, my umbrella, my body spray… lip gloss, lip balm, mints and phone.
That’s a lot of stuff for a NEW allocation in an entirely new bag! I just haven’t had the head space to organise it with the new bag just yet.
Maybe even after I’ve submitted my assignments for my classes… I just can’t commit to such a huge life change like a whole new work bag that’s going to change my getting ready for work routines! 😣

Yeah. I just… I become a creature of habit with work routines. And a new bag is almost like a new chapter. A new era. I need to do it mindfully. I can’t just change work bags on a whim.

It’s similar with the bag I take to classes… currently that is a laptop bag…
But going out with friends or dating? No. Those can change all the time.
But honestly sometimes when I do change bags just because it “looks cute” and matches the outfit better I’m kicking myself because I forgot something.

Sometimes those things just get left in other bags and then when I do change bags to go out for a coffee catch up, I’m like “Ugh!!! This bag doesn’t have any hand sanitiser!!!” 😣😣😣
