Well she was fucking annoying throughout 2023, 2024 on a mission to get our roof redone. Like fix any loose tiles, fix any problems, fully repaint with good sealing or whatever it’s called. And then she also demanded we organise to get the gutters cleaned — so the last clean was September 2024.

Yes. The September cleaning was pre-empting summer storm season in Australia… but we didn’t have any major storms all summer? Now it’s early March and seemingly out of nowhere there’s a cyclone?!?!?!
