… yes… let’s just say. I made a conscious decision. I just broke contract and quit. It’s not only the psycho fans but my own personal decision. I’ve just had it.

Yeah… buy some smaller ones, the ones that you can still afford… relatively cheap, they’re not looking good. Whoever the seller was just wanted to get rid of it, they don’t have time or resources to renovate themselves. Then you buy it. You “flip” it. You make it look nice and new. Get some workmen over to give it a facelift. Then you sell it at a higher price and you make that profit.
