No — because I don’t want to be tied to an employer’s roster. I wouldn’t even need it if I’m your wife. Not unless you went bankrupt, overnight — then, okay, I can go find a proper job. But if I don’t need to yet — volunteering — I’ll have a routine, but it’s also more flexible. They’re not going to yell at me if you’re suddenly free for a few days to fly back and hang out. Or whatever it is…

Weekend events?! Like on Sunday and Saturday mornings?
Yes… maybe… I’ll have to get in touch with them again and actually talk about it. I don’t know what their routines are now with all that stuff.
But before the pandemic — I did a bit of those weekend events — we would like, pick up puppies from the main headquarters, take it to a hotel — sometimes there were TV crew, for publicity — and lots of social media, trying to get those puppies adopted out on the same day!
