H: It’s true?! IT’S TRUE, ISN’T IT?!?!?!?!?! That’s your secret!!! Your secret little habit!!! If it wasn’t for work — or getting to the airport — whatever it is — if it’s not “that urgent” or serious or important — if you can get away with it — YOU’RE ALWAYS LATE!!!
W: (Chuckling, giggling)…
H: So that means that if say I tell you we’re going on a date, I’m picking you up at your place at 6:00 pm, you’re probably not even going to be ready until 6:15? 6:20?
W: (Shrugs shoulders, smiling)… is that going to be a problem? Is that a dealbreaker?!
H: (Smiling) No, it’s not a dealbreaker… (sigh)… I’ve become very used to being — on time — like being in the military or something. I’m very good at being ON TIME.
W: So am I! — For work and stuff — getting to the airport, you’re right. Stuff like that…
H: No — you’re not — you get there early — just in case. Because otherwise you’d be running late. You’re actually NOT GOOD at being ON TIME — so you try to get there EARLY — just in case!
W: (LOL) — why is this a sudden revelation for you?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?
H: (Smiling) (Shaking his head) — I don’t know!!! But I like it — but also — I’m still learning more about you… I’m just learning… new things about you — things I didn’t expect to be learning… I LOVE IT — I can’t get enough of it!!!
But I think I’m feeling more confident…

H: (Nodding) Yeah… I think I’m building my confidence… about our dates… I think… I know what to expect — if you’re late — it’s nothing personal — it’s just you… you’re just like that sometimes… you kind of… take your time… getting ready… if you don’t “have pressures” to be there ON TIME —
W: Yes, that’s very true. It’s definitely nothing personal.
H: It’s not like you’re nervous or anything. You just DO THAT — you just TAKE YOUR TIME — Laaaaaa… deee…dahhhh.… (in a lighthearted tune?!)
W: (Laughing)… and…?!?!?!?! DON’T YOU?!?!?!
H: No. (Shakes head very matter-of-factly) — I’m ON. TIME. — I don’t know when it started, maybe it wasn’t like this in my childhood. But I’ve been trained now. I’M. ON. TIME. — ALL THE TIME.
W: (Throws head back laughing)… ^0^
H: I love you so much… I think I really do love you more… do you feel that?
W: Sometimes… yeah… but I guess… that’s what they say it “should” be…
H: It should be?
W: Yeah — is it just amongst women?! They’re always saying, “Marry the man who loves you more…”
H: Oh?! I didn’t know that…
W: Yeah…?! That’s why — fandoms — these “silly little girls” — they’re never going to marry those celebrities… the celebrities don’t “love them more” — it’s not real. It’s just a template for the kind of husband that they do want — but the real man — the husband in real life — he’s supposed to LOVE HER MORE… his love is supposed to carry them both…
