What’s wrong…?

(Sigh)… What if I told you that, the company says they’ve already decided that they’re not renewing our contracts, after this round…?

Oh? You and your bros are redundant?

(Nodding)… yeah… they’re letting us go after what’s already been planned has been done.

Why would that be? Your Instagram followers are growing by the day, your tour is fully sold out.

Is it fully sold out? It’s fully sold out to scalpers but even on the re-sale market, it’s not “selling out” and some scalpers are starting to demand refunds… And as for the Instagram following… those are just bots. They invested in some bots to inflate the numbers, make it look better than what it is…

Ohhhhh…….. it’s all inflated numbers………………………

Yeah. Do you know much about that? The economics of it?

I’m definitely not an expert or anywhere close to that… but it’s just general knowledge, I guess? Just from watching news here and there about other celebrities… it’s not that surprising…

We don’t even have… the “crazies” anymore, in our fandom… the crazies moved on. Most of them are married by now. They’ve found their own real loves of their lives. They don’t really need us… some of them are making content, they’re trying to build a following on social media — but even those are realising, “Meh, it’s not sustainable” — the momentum of the fandom is not there. It’s not growing.

It’s dwindling?

(Nodding)

But what about other markets? Other countries? Other languages?

(Shaking his head)… we’re not… the young lads we used to be… we’re not… “new and shiny” things…

(Chuckles)

Why is this funny?

Because… now you know how women feel when they reach their 30s… (LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL)

Well it’s not just for women, I guess. Men are feeling it too. Society’s judging us too. In our 30s, too…

Yeah… maybe…

“But…?”

But — most guys don’t feel it because they’re already quite established in their own careers — non-creative careers — by their 30s. So most guys, maybe they’re in finance, construction, engineering, healthcare, whatever — by their 30s. And they’ve got some solid foundations there with their qualifications. Even if they’re a contractor, they’ve got enough on their resume to find contractor work. Even with the gig economy these days, they’ll be able to prove “something” — they’re still pretty energetic in their 30s and getting gigs every day.

I don’t have any other gigs lined up. Nobody’s booking us for 2026. It’s not like your little fantasies — being offered the Olympics or anything like that. We’re the “Has Been’s” — nobody wants us.

That can’t be true…

It’s true. Success in this industry is so fleeting. We’re no longer “new and shiny” —

Your fans would never say that. Your fans can’t get enough.

There’s only like, 2 fans left, that are the die hard fans… and even they are saying amongst themselves, “Maybe it’s time these boys got married?! It seems strange that they’re even still technically single?!”

(LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL)

Nobody wants us anymore… I’m free to come back to visit you in Australia… very soon… It’s so much sooner than what you’re thinking…

And what are you planning to do when you’re here?!?!!?! You have no other skills other than music!?!?!!?

That’s what I’m thinking about today… what else could I do?

Hmmm… would you want to be a music teacher?

Teaching?

Yeah, sure, why not? You’re actually very good with kids, even though you don’t want any…

(Chuckles)

I think you could easily get a certificate or some similar qualification — whatever it is that is required to be a teacher in Australia — you can do it. And then you can find a job at a school that feels… more meaningful for you?

More meaningful?

Maybe a school with like, naughty boys — boys that got expelled from every other school — or maybe you’ll teach music to Sunday School kids — the Church kids — I don’t know, I’m just throwing out random ideas.

There’s a school for boys that got expelled from every other school?

Yeah… they’re around… not only in this state? I don’t think? (Shrugs shoulders)…

Why did those boys get expelled from every other school?

How would I know?!?!?!?!!? Wouldn’t it make more sense to you — WHY — that might’ve happened?!?!?

(Thinking about this)… I can think of a few reasons… but I was just wondering if there was any stats… like, generally…

Yeah. I don’t really know about all that. You can ask Google or Bing or whatever…

(Chuckles) All of a sudden, you’re mentioning Bing?!

Yeah. I honestly have no idea why I just did that. I’m not sponsored by either company!!! I just felt very self-conscious about mentioning “Google” that much — in this blog so far…

(Smiles) So you’d stay married to me if I was a music teacher? What’s their salary?

(Sigh)… Let me look this up…

Google AI:

The average salary for a music teacher in Australia ranges from $95,000 to $110,000 per year. This salary can vary depending on the location and type of teaching.

REALLY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?

I don’t know, babe… I literally just googled this and copy and pasted it in?!?!?!!??!!?

BAAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA…

Why… is this… funny?!?!?!?!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH… (ROFLMAO)~~~~ (HE’S STILL ROLLING AROUND LAUGHING-CRYING)……………………
