I’ve witnessed… men’s egos… in various industries… after a while, you’re still going to miss that feeling of being King. And then you’ll start doing anything to try to recreate it.

I think it would only affect me if it started affecting you… if you started losing interest in me. Like your hotel analogy. If I was with you all the time, say even for five whole years straight. But then you start feeling like we’re in some kind of rut? Then yeah, I’ll get back out there. I’ll put out a solo album, I’ll do anything to spark the flames in our marriage if that’s what it’ll take…
