Like, not ridiculously tanned that it looks almost unnatural… but just more… closer to what a regular Asian guy who spends a lot of time outside playing sports might look like. Just a normal “sun-kissed” kind of look — more naturally tanned…

My point is that… I don’t want you to go out of your way to try to look more “tanned” just because a small pocket of the fandom suddenly wants you looking more “tanned” — I don’t want you to be easily swayed by fan opinions like that. Just because a small — yet seemingly growing louder — group of them are suddenly making these sorts of aesthetic demands… there’s still the “pink hair” club as well, they’re STILL photoshopping your hair PINK because they want to see it! — Like… you can just keep ignoring them… they’re still a minority in the fandom…
