So the concert’s in Europe this weekend?
(Nodding) Yeah… are you going to watch the livestreams or replays?
Probably not… first of all, the livestreams are not at a good time for me… and the replays… because it’s not in English… you’re not doing English-speaking countries this weekend. So, even with subtitles… I don’t feel as connected to those countries or cultures…
Aren’t you curious to learn?! To experience?!
Sometimes — it depends on the city that you’re in — this one this weekend? I’ve been there, remember? With the international friends.

I remember one international friend took me to the Vivienne Westwood store there. I really, really loved Vivienne Westwood at the time. And I really loved hanging out in that area where the Vivienne Westwood store was. The friend took me — and a group of us — around that area’s bars, clubs, restaurants. We had a lot of fun. The vibe was really cool. And we were all still in our 20s?! Yeah. It was a lot of fun back then. Don’t know if I’ll do the same “bar hopping” kind of night out now in my late-30s but yeah… it was a lot of fun. We just felt young, young adult — had a bit of pocket money to spend and not too many worries in this world…
Did you meet anyone at the bars?!
No. I didn’t meet anyone. It was just our friends, and me, hanging out. You’ve probably already seen all the pics on Facebook?!
(Smiling) (Laughing) … Was the food good?
I don’t remember much about the food, to be completely honest… but I remember the vibes. It wasn’t bad vibes. Sort of like an “expat village” — We had fun. The friends helped me to feel totally safe in that area.
(Smiling) So you’re not watching the livestreams or replays if I’m not in an English-speaking country…?
Probably not… I mean, if something goes viral I’ll probably end up clicking on an edit about it?! With subtitles? Explaining the jokes or whatever viral moments?
Viral moments… if I take my shirt off, that’s usually a viral moment.

(Laughing) What’s wrong with male stripping?! Heaps of male strippers could be reading my blog right now and feeling offended! They’re still earning good money, they’re being celebrated for their bodies — which takes HARD WORK TO GET. What’s wrong with male stripping?! Your body’s not going to stay that way forever. If you asked “ME” to just change trajectory and even try to be a female stripper right now?!?! — Me, a size 16 — I couldn’t do it! I’ve lost it. Maybe in my 20s I still could’ve taken up that challenge. Not me, not now… it will all fade inevitably… you’re still in your 30s… you’ve still got a ROCKIN’ BODY!!!
