I was a ghost writer for… a book about… aloe vera gel… (laughing)

(LOL) What?! That’s so random!!!

(Nodding and laughing) It really was! But I wrote it! Now it’s been sold all over the world and I wrote it!!! (LOL)

I don’t know, to be honest. The client requested it, mapped it out… and I wrote it based on their skeleton. I have no idea what the final title of the book even is. I have no idea if it’s been circulated. I just got paid that day.

You wrote it in a day?!

No, like — I just meant I just got paid… for that project. That’s it. It wasn’t anything else to it.

You ghost-wrote a whole book…

Yes. It wasn’t that challenging. I didn’t try to get more of those gigs. I found it kind of boring, honestly… aloe vera gel?! Who cares?! But yes, for the money, I tried — I wrote it.

What other kind of projects have you done “for the money” — ?

Well, a lot of freelancing gigs… freelance writing.

And you don’t want to do any of that now?

No… can’t be bothered…

Yes. I’m old. I’m tired. I CAN’T… BE… BOTHERED… if it doesn’t make my SOUL… SING…?! I can’t be bothered…

I don’t know… yeah? Maybe? There’s something about my current workplace now… it’s comforting… I like showing up there and interacting with co-workers and customers… even when there’s moments of sighing and being annoyed at things getting messy… I still like it, overall…

Yes, it’s just one thing that’s been annoying me about it lately…

I’m not going to specify on this blog. But some songs… I just… try to think other thoughts while they’re playing. I try to block it from my mind. I don’t want it to enter my subconscious… the lyrics aren’t resonating. I don’t want to let that ooze into my aura. It’s not a happy love song. And I just want to stay in our happy love bubble…

Oh you mean like, break-up songs?

Sort of, yes… songs about break-up, songs about jealousy — I don’t like it. I just want happy love songs right now.
