I want you to tell me that you love me. Every day. In your own way. It doesn’t have to be literally the three words, “I love you,” but it has to feel sincere and genuine, and it has to show that you do, in fact, still love me. In whatever way you can.
What if I’m being genuine and you’re the one not believing it?
Then just say the words, as a default. As a reassurance. Okay, yes, the three words matter too. Saying the words, snaps me out of it. It snaps me out of my self-doubt about whether or not you really love me too. You dedicate your spirituality, meditation or whatever you want to call it to Kundalini mantras every day. You say you’re giving your daily 10% to god — I need you to give me your daily “I love yous” to me. I need to hear it. Every day.
Okay… I Love You.
Thank you.
You didn’t say it back to me!
(Chuckles) Yes, yes, I love you too.
THANK YOU.
