Couple Things We Could Do

Couple Things We Could Do

You know that Tik Tok trend? Where they were painting each other? And then they did the reveal…? ^0^

I wouldn’t need to film a Tik Tok, but the activity itself seems very cool.

I wanna visit the Mountview Alpaca Farm. It’s about 45 minutes to an hour’s drive away.

Byron Bay would be fun, too. Especially Crystal Castle. I haven’t been since before the pandemic…

Sunshine Coast? Only if we’re really bored…

WILD DOLPHINS

At Tin Can Bay — it takes 4 hours to drive there. I haven’t done this trip, ever. But co-workers have talked about it.

I don’t know how that one co-worker, took two daughters with her in her car and just drove… and they made it. And they saw and fed the wild dolphins. It was a memory forever shared between them.

I think it’s more humane than seeing sea animals at a theme park.

Another place in Byron, The Farm. It’s a pretty cool hang out… just a change of scenery.

If you’re up for it… a Kundalini yoga class with one of my past teachers… actually, I’m not sure if she’s teaching anymore. But she used to be in Ocean Shores (also near Byron Bay area). If the timing is right. If she happens to be having a workshop? Anything else like that? If I even have a day off for a day trip like that?

A Sacred Earth concert… either on Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast? I genuinely think you will really enjoy this. It’s like… healing, I guess. It’ll be healing. And nice. And relaxing. Or maybe even inspiring?

I just think your brain will love it… It’s not like listening to them on Apple or Spotify. Yes, you can look them up. But LIVE… is A THOUSAND TIMES BETTERRRRRRRRR!!!

A few days at a natural health resort?

Gwinganna is not too far away, and seems nice… I haven’t been, personally. But I knew some yoga people who used to work there.

Hmmm… this isn’t really a couple’s activity. But I’m just wondering if you want to see a Chiropractor while you’re in Australia?

I have a friend… a yoga friend… in Burleigh Heads… (Ugh, I was trying to google to check and I can’t remember the name of the clinic…) anyway, there’s lots of Chiropractors.

More facial/massage places?

I would like to try… I forgot the name.

It’s at the hotel where Harry Styles stayed in. There is a beauty spa. It’s like, Traditional Chinese Medicine mixed with western beauty treatments…

There’s also a yum cha restaurant there that I haven’t tried — our family has baulked at the prices! So, it’s not really… a “must do”… just an FYI.

Hmm… what else…

Roam around an art gallery… Gold Coast… Brisbane…

Ferris Wheel, South Bank, Brisbane… (I don’t really care about it, but if you want to, then, okay…)

I don’t know if you want to visit Mount Tamborine… it’s kinda… boring but not boring? There’s a lot of wineries… and there’s bush walking trails… and there’s little shops… and a Botanical Gardens which is nice for picnics…

I’m not super attached to any of those activities though. It’s just… when friends and family visit, we tend to bring them there… so if you’ve never been and you just want to go once to say that you’ve been…?

Do you want to learn surfing? Because I don’t… LOL

YOT club is alright… just have to pre-book…

Sunday markets? (shrugs shoulders)…

It seems like… you know how in Asia, everyone goes to “night markets” but in Australia/Gold Coast, everyone goes to “Sunday markets” which is VERY BRIGHT AND EARLY IN THE MORNING… if you don’t go early, you won’t find a car park space! Lol…

7:00 am? Comfortably…

I don’t really want to watch movies.

Burleigh Heads has a good short, little bush walking trail with some nice views. It doesn’t take too long, about 20 – 30 minutes.

There’s lots of little cafes… Aussie style…

I think that’s plenty of ideas for now.

Will you have TIME?

Will I have TIME?

That’s the biggest question… in 2025…
