For breakfast, today, I had:
- Wholegrains sourdough, toasted
- Organic, black tahini, drizzled with
- Manuka Honey
If I had avocado, I would’ve loved to add an avocado but I ran out of avocado, so I need to go buy some in my next shop.
For hydration, I had coconut water.
And I downed some supplements with that as well…
- Women’s multi-V
- Iron
- B12
- Fish oil
- Lung health herbal formula — working in retail, at this time of year
- Vitamin C

It is spacious. It has wooden floors. And there is Buddha, right there. Very calming. Very peaceful. Very protective.
