This is really irresponsible of me to write about a Kundalini practice like this but I just have to get it off my mind and onto these words, and if you want to verify anything that I’ve written — go Google it yourself.
This isn’t a formal Kundalini article or review at all. Go do your own research.
I am simply reflecting on a memory of a teaching that was passed down, verbally. So I don’t even have any textbook references or anything to share.
But once, a teacher taught, how do you give yourself some self-love?
There is a physical way. (Not like the most obvious, masturbation).
Another physical way. A tiny bit of intimacy within your mouth.
There is a point, between the soft and hard palate. I don’t know if it’s a bone? But you can touch it with the tip of your tongue. You can rub it.
There’s something there that most people don’t think to explore.
For some people, when they first try it, their tongue might even ache. (This is where, you really need to Google to verify — The teacher said you might be low in Magnesium?! — I really don’t want to spread misinformation though, so please do NOT take that as fact).
But anyways, today, I was thinking about you. I wanted to energetically kiss you. And then… I practiced some Kundalini Self-Love.
